We've received reports from local residents about Security Guards from G4S (Secure Solutions, formerly Wackenhut, Group 4), Triple Canopy Security and other Global Privatization Security Corporations (not from San Francisco) who've been harassing, intimidating, assaulting and menacing local shoppers and clients of government benefits offices (Food Stamps, G.A. aka General Assistance), homeless shelters.
And now in 2019, even reports of Security Guards harassing neighbors, tenants and staff, inside their own SRO Hotels (subsidized Section 8, federally operated), in the Mission District and around town.
AFTER YOU ARE SAFE, OR IF NO POLICE REPORTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR PAST INCIDENTS -- YOU MAY TAKE MORE ACTION TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS IN THE PLACES YOU LIVE, WORK, SHOP OR RECEIVE BENEFITS AT (PUBLIC OFFICES).

If you make a police incident report, include it in future complaints, etc. for Reference.

He is allegedly a Caucasian Male, a licensed B.S.I.S. Guard Named: CHARLES MULIERI.
This information helps everyone to determine if they know anything about him to help confirm or deny allegations made about his alleged harassment of other residents at home, work or while out shopping.
Let us know if you KNOW this man who may be working at the Potrero Shopping Complex where the Potrero Safeway G4S Security Guard #WhoKilledRosco Customer Assault Case back in 2016. A deadly assault by G4S Guard Charles Lamar Moore.

Big Thanks to all the community members, advocates, rabble rousers, residents, neighbors and law enforcement members supporting our efforts to keep our Homes, Streets and Public Spaces SAFE from any person, practice or group that harms any one of us, especially those most vulnerable, in our community.
Our Veterans must be safe from predatory Global Security Firms who put them in harm's way.
Our residents must NOT be abused in their homes, on the streets or in their SRO Hotel Rooms or shelters, especially by folks abusing powers or authorities to do so.
Our mentally ill, hungry, poor, disabled and elderly folks must be free to be in public offices to keep their appointments & apply for benefits and NOT be 'tested', controlled, abused or denied entry by Security Guards who are often militarized, not socialized.
Unless a person at a public office is posing a real, physical threat, they should NOT be treated as a combatant or enemy (on a personal level) and denied entry to the facility for lawful purposes.
Many guards use personal discretion with biases (against folks who act up, cuss like if they have terets, loud people, nervous people who are clients coming for services) to hate on, target and block out many residents and clients every day.
We need tolerant social workers not trained to kill soldiers on the front lines of our social service and public benefits offices to keep the work and benefits flowing.
