- A crowd fund site is being set up to pay reward for the Name and Guard Card Number and Mailing Address for this Person of Interest.
If fully funded, the Reward shall be paid; if not, any proceeds from any compensation for losses received shall pay the Reward, upon the conviction or final disposition of the person responsible for this Assault on this man and death of his dog, Rosco last month, as follows:

On Wednesday, March 16th, 2016 - Between 5:30am to 7:30am - According to the Victim; Witnesses -- A Uniformed Safeway Security Guard attacked a customer who was filming the Guard, as he was beating down a teenager, with excessive force.
The Guard advanced on Mike, snatching; trying to destroy his cell phone (video evidence of the guard's assault on the teen) and kicked his tiny dog Rosco, for no reason, who was on his leash, in Mike's hand.
Minutes later, the Guard went to his White Car parked near the entrance and then advanced on Mike from behind, hitting him in the head behind his ear several times.
Then this Guard ran like a Field Goal Kicker and kicked little Rosco like a football, high into the air, forcing Rosco's neck out of his collar and leash.

Rosco ran away yelping with internal injuries and was found five hours later, in the Haight, dead. Some kind residents took him to a vet who called SF SPCA.
Safeway was asked about the Guard, but they are playing dumb.

Said they don't know who the Guard was and didn't provide any details about him or the Guard Company he works for.
They ignored request for the Name of the Guard and his Guard Card No./Guard Company Name.
They said he was 'dismissed' leading us to believe he had been fired for his violent, criminal behavior and conduct.
Recently, we learned he was not 'dismissed' as we thought, he was Transferred.
This means that either Safeway or the Guard Service he works for is keeping him at some other site, where he likely continues to pose a threat to the public at large.
After chatting with scores of folks who have been to that Safeway in the 2300 Block of 16th Street (Potrero Center) and the other Safeway at Castro & Market.
They say Guards have recently and going back a decade been caught beating, stealing, selling drugs and making false accusations against folks based on 'appearance', not because they were seen taking anything.
THIS ONGOING CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR BY GUARDS IS A PRESENT PUBLIC HAZARD THAT OBSTRUCTS JUSTICE & PUTS US ALL AT RISK.
SAFEWAY & ALL GUARDS WHO FAIL TO REPORT VIOLENT INCIDENT REPORTS TO OUR STATE SECURITY BUREAU (B.S.I.S.) ARE ACCOMPLICES AFTER THE FACT, TRYING TO CONCEAL FELONY CRIMES, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.
We've been given information that The Violent Guard works for G4S S.S. (Secure Solutions/Security Services, formerly Wackenhut USA) which is an international corporation (we believe owned by Parent Company in England and other from Saudi Arabia or Dhubai) that used to be 'Wackenhut' and was forced out of Israel for alleged Human Rights Violations.
History of human rights violations, bank robbery, murder, assasination, assault, child abuse and much, much more. Major nations and cities and corporations are banning them and cancelling their contracts due to Public Outcry. And they pay NO TAXES.
