INCIDENT:   Assault, Premeditated Assault, Theft, Animal Cruelty Accusations against a Safeway Potrero Security Guard, Wednesday, March 16, 2016, approx. 5:30AM at the Front Entrance Area and Parking Lot of the Safeway Store at the 2200 16th Street (and Bryant) Potrero Center Mall Safeway #1490.


VICTIMS:    Mike Hardesty and his dog Rosco, who are both well known and loved in our various SF Communities.    SFPD REPORT has been filed.  Civil Suit is being considered.


WE NEED YOUR HELP TO IDENTIFY THE UNIFORMED GUARD AND THE COMPANY HE WAS WORKING FOR ON THAT DAY.

     This Uniformed Security Guard (licensed w/BSIS, may work for G4S S.S. Secure Solutions/Security Services) was working early mornings at the Safeway at 2200 16th Street (x-street Bryant, near St. Martin De Porres) on March 16th, 2016, when this incident happened.

    These photos were taken at that time between 5:30am and 7:30am (03/16/2016) at Safeway, a couple wednesdays ago.

Calif. Probate Court Elder Abuse Comes Home To Our San Francisco Elders

      A team of peer advocates have stumbled onto the 'World of Probate Courts' in San Francisco, and across the state of California and it's not pretty.    Because of what we witnessed in one case first hand, we've been researching all there is to know about Probate Courts, Elder Abuse and Corrupted Judges, Lawyers, Annuity & Insurance Frauds and Forced, Premature Conservatorships that have been happening for decades, but now appears to be greatly accelerating. 

Elder Declaring A Forgery, Ignored by SF Probate Court

      We're doing Fund Raising to fund our volunteer Investigators who are right now -- linking up with anti-elder abuse groups, that we never new existed from coast to coast.

    These sites have TIP LINES to report Elder Abuse by Judges, Lawyers, Notaries, Insurance, Annuity and Financial Planning Scammers all over California.

   We bet most of the cases of Abuse by 'licensed professionals and sworn officials' will all tie back into the same 'elite cess pools' of 'connected people' who abuse power and public trust. 

   So, we've started fund raising to pay expenses of volunteer investigators and researchers to help us link up with all others who are against Elder Abuse and analyze all the probate court records over the past two decades.

      We intend to SEE exactly which cases were 'fast tracked' and which ones actually followed All Of the Probate & Elder Abuse Laws, in San Francisco and beyond, all around California.

    To reduce harm, save lives and protect Our Elders and Family Estates in California, we all MUST work together to expose them all.

     Especially, since many 'psychologists' are now prescribing Psychoactive Drugs (even ones that have only 22% success rates in folks over 70 years old that are addictive and cause affects of memory loss..) although they have no physical medical training as that of a General Practioner.   

   Once risky, may kill you if you stop taking them drugs are given to Our Elders, they may produce affects of dementia, which of course is used later against them as The Only Proof that counts, contrary to the laws of probate which must recognize if affects are temporalmental (i.g. only apparent while on the pharma drugs) and determine how extensive is their 'incapacity'.   

    All of which are being ignored in courts that are railroading our Elderly into trusts, putting folks in charge of Trusts and Conservatorships that The Elders do not trust or who had already resigned or had their authorities revoked by the Elder themselves.   Intenational infliction of pain and suffering to force an Elder to accept folks who she does not want or trust to manage her affairs.

       It's adversarial by its very nature and any judge who signs off on that crap must be exposed as being corrupted, bias or incapable of following ALL OF THE PROBATE & ELDER ABUSE LAWS. 

    Not just the ones they parse out of the law, to assmble their own 'crews' of professional to manage estates prematurely which usually causes the Elder to become despressed and die prematurely as a direct result.   

       Then all the professional vultures will carve up the estate as they see fit, not as the Elder or the family members wish.   It's all one big scam to seize assets and lands from Elders they do not love, respect or listen to.

     We'll post details on the cases and groups we find related to Elder Abuse and Probate Courts here for all the world to see.

Feds and Texas Lied-Man of SF Sheriff's Warrant To Feds Is NOT The Man In Steinle Case

Well, well, well.   It appears as if the Man in Custody for Steinle Shooting is NOT the Same Man in continuous Federal Custody and is NOT the same man who was Released in March of 2015 and is NOT the Man Named in the San Francisco County Sheriff's Warrant, Hold Detainer Letter to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.    

   What you've all been told about the man in custody, by Feds or Texas appears to have been 100% Misleading and the man they say has been in continuous custody is NOT the same man involved in the Steinle Tragedy.

    Once we saw the story explode with hate into supporting things that have NOTHING to do with the relevant facts in this Steinle Tragedy,  we decided to go back to Square One. 

   Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi's WARRANT, Dated March 23, 2015 to the FEDS for one Francisco SANCHEZ, 40 YEARS OLD, being born 1975 10/19,  being Fed Register# 1411(1)5-051 -- With 051 being the desgnated Jurisdictional Authority of the New Mexico District.   

   This is the man that Texas and The Feds said, first was in continous Custody for 40-46 months prior to Release from Victorville, CA in March 2015.  

   They stuffed this other man's past onto you all -- and you all ran with it, attacked our Sanctuary City and Sheriff's Office and Sheriff Ross Mirkarimi, Mayor Lee and everyone -- based on you all being told this man is violent, dangerous illegal alien out of TEXAS.

    As you can SEE.  The Warrant for A Francisco Sanchez from SF Sheriff used the Inmate Register# 1411(1)5-051 which has one too many digits to correspond to the Federal Prison-US Marshall Inmate Register Number Assignment syntax.

   DOB on Sheriff's Warrant is 1975 or 40 years old, yet This BOP Record has Age 34 listed.  This Man aged from 34 to 40 is the man Feds and Texas told you all about and used that persona and record as if it was the Same Man in the Steinle Case. He is not.

  Except for the fact the BOP Name (and DOB) does not match the man that our Sheriff's Department, asked them for, in their Detainer Letter dated March 2015.  It's a close match to who was asked for and who was sent, but doesn't match Man In Steinle shooting, at all.

   Moving on to WHO is in custody for the Steinle Death.   

  According to BOP Records AND SF Sheriff's and California State Prison Records, the man in custody for the Steinle Shooting is 52 Years old AND was released by the Federal Prison on 10/30/2013 AND was from the Arizona District, not Texas and not Mew Mexico (where others claimed him to be).   We believe WE PERSONALLY KNOW the Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez in Custody for the Steinle Tragedy.  

   In fact, today, another man came forward, who used to wake up and see this Juan Francisco Sanchez-Lopez, every morning near 16th and Valencia, waiting for stores to open up in the morning, as many who awaken early each day, do.   

  So, ALL OF YOU have been misled about the persona of a man that none of you know by Feds, Texas law enforcement and Senators, Talking Heads and Candidates for office and lobbyists for multi-billion dollar prison and security contract firms, to change law, hate illegal immigrants and accuse whom we personally know to be an extremely timid and broken man, be FALSELY & PREMATURELY ACCUSED OF MURDER. 

   When you have had no physical evidence or facts from law enforcement about THE MAN IN CUSTODY, PERIOD.   You all ran on a Pack of Lies.  SHAME ON YOU ALL.  WE TOLD YOU TO LEAVE THAT FAMILY ALONE AND DO NOTHING, UNTIL ALL FACTS ARE IN.
