On Saturday June 3, 2017 ¡Venga! Empanadas' Staff Denies Public Use of #ParkletSF For 30th #TinyBBQ -Lies, Snitches to Police

HEADS UP!  

  We're working on our Next Posting about how a new, local 'upscale' restaurant's staff or manager 'Freaked Out' and denied access to the Public #ParkletSF to local advocates who've been doing #TinyBBQ 's for years, all over San Francisco on the sidewalks and in front of residential and business spots, including restaurants (mostly Mom & Pops we love!).

  

   That's six years of practice with 30+ Mini Street or Park #TinyBBQ events without any hazard or legitimate complaint,  until this past Saturday, June 3, 2017,  made by ¡Venga! Empanadas' Manager or Staff.  

   It was a special BBQ to celebrate our Cook (former rural firefighter) getting a job and being the proud grandfather of a new one year old,  with his daughter and a hand full of friends and Feed The People advocates. 


   Total in group was about five.  

     One of the attendees lives across the street and we found out Thursday, June 8, 2017, that he too, is a former fire fighter.  He used to fight Forest Fires up in the northern California counties.  


  Very safe #TinyBBQ events, indeed. 

  

   We also learned that folks around San Francisco and in Cleveland, New York and Chicago and Texas are all doing sidewalk BBQ's with no problems, just lots of community building, neighborly fun for all.

   We use a small 18" or 22" Weber 'smokeless' grill on a stable bike cart, in a

fixed position - that has been used at many events and public feedings over the past six years.

   Often with fair and reasonable San Francisco Police and Fire Staff cruising by to check out our BBQ, without violations or problems or hazards to anyone. 

  That's why we don't do open flame and always use 'smoke less' style grills and carry extra water, etc.

  Our grill is actually about half as tall (stubby) as the example shown in the picture.    It's securely mounted on a steel framed bike cart.   Safe & Easy.

  This Story is still being written and witness statements and records, being gathered which will be posted here,  when final.

      We have pictures which show the lack of smoke anywhere near the sidewalk or front doors or windows of the empanada place.

      Yet, the manager or staff guy who started this mess, was yelling and screaming about smoke... and likely lied to 9-1-1 operators and police about same. 

   'Oh, terrible clouds of smoke...'  that did not exist (once the starter fluid gets going after 2 minutes) and could not have gone near them due to constant 25mph winds and the use of the Weber 'smokeless' style mini-BBQ's which have a lid.

  The Story will include how much it cost for reluctant police to respond,  what each of the officers said and did... and our groups' accusations of violations of law and SF Parklet rules and harassment by the Parklet Permit Holders' Staff or Manager and more, coming very soon. 

   Because this Parklet Permit holder appears to have violated several laws and regulations,  their transgressions and other hazardous behavior is being documented and assembled by your local San Francisco Peoples' Fraud Task Force Volunteers, for publication.  

    Other journalists who have covered related 'Parklet' Stories and other independent media have been invited to cover this incident, since it relates to and impacts us all and our rights to safely access any public space for any peaceful or non-hazardous purpose.

     Anyone who denies any of us our rights to our own spaces needs to be held accountable for their transgressions, especially when they lie and misuse police resources to satisfy their own malicious intent or for profit motive interests, that violate all of our rights.

Will The Real Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez in Fed BOP Custody Stand Please...

[ 9/13/2015 UPDATE!  The man we thought was Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez just showed up in town a week ago.   We're glad its not him.  We still 'see' the affects of the man in custody as being similiar to the man we know in the mission.  With info about 'ricochet' finally coming to light, we stand by all of our prior statements to do with 'rushing to judgement';  our CA State Atty General Calling the 'Shooter' a Murderer prematurely and other information posted to do with high fault rates of .40 caliber police pistols and how no law change or immigration policy change would have stopped a tragedy like this.  Bottom line is that a Federal Agent did not secure his weapon with a Trigger Guard or Lock Box, contrary to Federal Agency Policy and Presidential Orders.  Had the weapon not existed on the street without a Trigger Guard, no one would have been in harms way, in the very first place. ]

Update to Isolated Human Tragedy Accident we call the Steinle-Sanchez Case.

    We've asked SFPD Police and Local City Leaders and called upon SF District Attorney to 'Ease our Pain and prevent erroneous conclusions and rush to judgement' by giving us some idea if any of the fairly common basic Shooting Forensics Testing has been done in this disturbing case. 

    The SFPD referred us to SF D.A. George Gascon, and we're still awaiting a reply.

   Until then, we still have folks who want to know more about Who Owned the Fed Gun and what the real story is on his supposed 'Continuous Federal Facility Custody for past 40-46 Months' because when we checked out the Federal BOP Inmate Locator Website, here's what we got:

   We'll analyze the Last Three Digits of each Inmate Register Number to Determine which Jurisdictional Authority (LA County, Arizona, Texas, etc) from whence the Various aged Inmates 'named' Juan Lopez-Sanchezes came from & WHEN they were released from that Federal Victorville, CA Facility, where Texas & Federal sources said the Lopez-Sanchez in SF Jail Custody, was in 'continous custody' for the past 40 or 46 months, et cetera.

     Where oddly enough, an Aryan Leader named David Snow of Ohio (not sure if related to the Snow Family some of us know personally, from Montgomery-Cincinnati, OH, i.g. Tony Snow who worked for The White House during Bushie years) was murdered, at that same federal facility in Victorville, CA.

   Our problem is some SF locals need to see Juan in person to see if we know him as the short guy who was here in the mission, several months ago, AND within a 1-1/2 to 2 year time frame, contrary to what Feds are telling us about continuous custody, if its him.

   As we go through these and other records this week, we'll update this Blog Page.


     Remember:  Every Person in leadership, power and candidates for office (posers, actors, elite agenda pushers) trying to change policy, create new law and RE-ACT OUT OF CONTROL without having all pertinent facts in this case & solid evidence (i.g. Gunshot Residue, Ballistics Angle and Fingerprint Test Results), to an objective observer,  appears to be committing a Fraud and misleading us all, prematurely.  

   For personal, financial and political gains... or to cover up something else... to do with Fed Guns and Fed Facilities...

   UPDATE:   Here we have the FED BOP Inmates named 'Juan Sanchez' with their Jurisdictional Locations superimposed (in Blue) under each Inmate Register Number.
 

Last 3 Digits are significant, as follows:    123456 -XYY  

 

  Last two characters YY correspond to a list of Jurisdictions (i.g. Southern California District, Texas, etc.) from 01 to 99. 

 

     According to the BOP info and others, if the first digit of the 3 (X) is a zero, it means they came from a Jurisdiction of less than 100,000 people.  

 

     They mention if there is a 1 in the X position, it means that jurisdiction has over 100,000 residents.

     We assume that if there's a 2 or 3 in that first position (C) it may indicate jurisdictions that have 200,000 and 300,000 residents, onward, but we haven't confirmed that yet. 

     Here are the FED BOP Inmate Locator Search results with our notes as to Where the Inmate was Prosecuted,  Their Age (today) and their Release Date. 

      Using that Inmate Register Number we can go back and search out what facilities (i.g. Victorville, CA Fed Pen) they were at that correspond with their Release Date. 

 If this info is not right, we'll take in corrections and modify these postings accordingly. 

HIGH NOON UPDATE - Mon July 20, 2015:

    So, we perused the list of 10 Federal Inmates and looked at ones that were Close in Age, Arrested in Southwest or Had 2015 Release Date, and selected these as our preliminary targets in our quest to SEE which Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez is in Custody now and for how long before that.

      Was he in fact in 'continuous' federal custody at Victorville, CA Facility and released just this past March... so said The Feds who apparently Own The .40 Caliber Gun in Question.

    Or,  are we all being deceived to one extent or another because we have local folks we know and trust who swear we saw 'Juan Francisco Sanchez-Lopez' hanging out, like a scared rabbit, a few months ago...

    AND contrary to what we're being told -- also within the time frame of 18 months to 24 months or so ago (being really anytime between 2013, 2014 and 2015 time periods).

     Ask the former Chronicle News Stand Vendor lady who now works at Panchitas' on 16th Street, for confirmation.

  2.  Where is the pertinent evidence that would tell us FOR SURE who's prints were found on the Federal Pistol, if any and was the Gun shot from a Hand, T-Shirt or hitting the ground AND was it shot from short man's eye, shoulder, waist level or from the ground, indicating whether or not Gun was aimed and fired or dropped onto the ground.

    We would normally see some info on this (as in all other Gun Shot Cases) to do with Gunshot Residue, Latent Fingerprint and Ballistics (angle) Testing, which are noticeably absent in the media, in this particular case.

      We're not going to post any pictures since you've all seen enough by now.

       This post is about what we know (from personal contact with Defendant Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez, whom SF Public Defender Jeff Adachi's Office says is Mexican National, 45 years of age) and what we've seen, heard and researched about this matter, to help increase your awareness, reduce the Elite Media Hype and Agendas to change things that only diminish our rights and will not prevent another isolated human tragedy and accident, that we believe this case to be.

    In this posting, we're going to explain what is known or reasonably believed to be true in order from first hand knowledge and contact, to 2nd hand and then onto what the Mass Media, Talking Heads in Politics, Church and other 'Leaders' have assumed and 'rushed to judgement on' prematurely.  

    Included later will be identical scenarios in which isolated human tragedies that can't be prevented are exploited by the elite and the media so that can scare us into supporting their 'solutions' which always involve their deployment of top down policies, laws and schemes that generally never work, takes away rights, resources, cash flows from the people and our taxes with little provable results, that are very, very lucrative for the elite's financial operations and overseas bank accounts.

   This particular posting is a 'work in progress' that will tie in all the Liars, Cheaters, Thieves who exploit all sides of a human tragedy and their strategies over time and connected up to the present day.   We have so much material on all the corruption of our local, state and federal politicians now, it takes time to link up their agendas to the exploitations and then back to the personal and political gains made by thrusting faux solutions onto our localities that only further harm us and divide our communities, as they wish.  

WHAT WE KNOW FIRST HAND ABOUT JUAN FRANCISCO LOPEZ-SANCHEZ

   First off, Francisco, as we believe him to be the same man we've known from recent months and a year or two back, but not as far back as the Federal Officials claim he was being held for 46 Months continuously until March of 2015, in their Victorville, California Facility.

    But, many of us swear we saw him around a year and a half or two years ago.  The man we know looks like him, same age frame and same tiny build and mannerisms.   He once told one of our peers that he was afraid of being beaten again and showed a knife, asking if it was legal size or not because he didn't want to do anything illegal.   

   We will add to this later after we speak to more folks who work at local restaurants like Panchitas #2; The Skylark Door Men;  La Cumbre Taqueria and the lady who works at Panchitas that ran the Chronicle News Stand at 16th and Valencia and maybe the local beat cops who also had contact with him.

    We're also checking for police reports about him, proving he's been around here, at least once, during the time period he was supposedly in Federal Custody (perhaps a for profit prison or perhaps their records are not in proper order of release dates) and we're searching Bureau of Prison Records but we already have many conflicts in this case.

  CONFLICTS OF FACT IN THIS CASE:  

  1.  PD Office says Sanchez is 45 years old.  Other newspapers cite other officials (i.g. BOP, Texas) stating he's 52 years old.  There are alot of Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez combinations on their Inmate lookup site, but no March 2015 Release Date seen that matches properly. 

  2.  BOP statements suggest he's been continuously incarcerated until this past March, but haven't found the correct name, DOB, release date combination yet to verify this.  Yet, we have about five or six locals so far, who distinctly recall Francisco (or his twin brother) being here a few months ago AND within the time frame of about 1 and a half years to 2 years ago... not a full what would now be 40 months ago, which is 3 years and 4 months ago, back to 2011.  

  3.  Newspapers and politicians keep using inflammatory false statements such as "murderer, shot her to death" which has not been shown with evidence or proven to be fact, period.   Gun Shot Residue tests would tell us if in fact, he had the huge 40 caliber pistol in his hand and trajectory angle modelling would indicate from what angle and height above ground did the bullet come and indicate possible likely locations of any other rounds discharged at the same time, if any. 

           Oh, in a city where seven out of ten folks on big pharma drugs, the kind that causes sleepwalking, thoughts of violence and suicide had any one of our local citizens or tourists or visitors in a drug or alcohol induced state had come across that gun, and knew how to use it.... there could have been many more deaths and no policy change or immigration law or any other THING has the power to change the facts of an isolated human tragedy accident, period.

  

         At best, we can say for a fact, had that Federal Agents Pistol (some report its his issued weapon, others report its his personal gun) NOT been stolen or laying on the street, this ISOLATED PERSONAL TRAGEDY ACCIDENT would never have happened, in the very first place.

     Every thing after that is human folley and conditional and circumstantial in natural, --  human ways that no law or more cops or more money can ever fix.

     Being a human in a society where drugs, liquor, cell phone texting, amateur driver ride hailing and other destructive, displacement - impoverishment and incarcerate forces pushing all of us around -- It's a very risky business to be anywhere on our streets today, no matter who or where you are or where you come from.  And no higher number of laws or cops or money can STOP the corporations that push these harms upon us all, affecting tens of thousands of us at a time.    

     We've not found any reports of Gunshot Residue (aka GSR Test, most common phrase useage is 'gunshot' not 'gun shot' per google...) Test Information in this case yet.

        However, we did find out FBI Information and Guidelines to do with GSR Tests and how most police departments are trained about how and when to take them from a person detained or in custody.   We've heard no mention of this in any agency or media press or propaganda and don't understand why.

          Before we can reliably say anything about how or why this gun discharge happened, we can't make any intelligent or reasonable deductions, can we ?

    This evidence, prints on the gun, GSR on hands, clothes, T-Shirt where gun was allegedly found and more, the info on actual angle of the firing(s) is basic, primary information that should already be in the hands of the defense, police and prosecution already.   Perhaps when formal discovery takes place we shall have that all important, can't figure out a thing without it EVIDENCE.

Yes. Just as Many So Called White People Shot By Police in US As All Other Groups Combined

   In these united States, in 2015,  the number of 'African Americans' Killed By Police Officers is 138.   The rest are 72 Hispanic/Latino, 22 Other/Unkown, 10 Asian/Pacific Islander and 4 Native Americans.   Wow!  That's a Two Hundred and Forty Six (246) dead humans that do not have 'white colored' skin.   246 Non-Whites killed by Police in the U.S.

  

   How Many White Skinned People have been killed by Police in the U.S. ?   Guess.

According to this chart there has been Two Hundred and Forty Three White People Killed By Police Which Is About Equal To Total Number of Non-Whites Killed.  Half the Humans Killed by Police Are White Skinned and The Other 50% Are Dark Skinned, Period.

     There you have it.  Just as we've posted that many times more 'white looking people' were abused, plundered and worked to death as 'less-than-slaves' for centuries outside of and inside the Americas.  It's about Individual Human Rights Alone and As Being of One Race.

    In fact, after millions of irish, scottish, welsh and other 'white looking' people's lands abroad were plundered, the elite abused us in America, long before any great numbers of 'dark skinned', valuable slaves were brought here.

     And once brought here, the people from Mexico to South America owned ten times as many slaves as the U.S. did, but had millions of 'white looking people' who had no value, no rights and were prohibited from voting by The Elite. 

     The Kings (of all skin colors) and Churches (of all skin colors and beliefs) have deceived, divided, plundered and abused Human Beings of All Skin Colors (the same or not, matters not) for Centuries upon Centuries.  This is the truth they want you to not believe.
